Cairns ZOOM and Wildlife Dome a spectacular all-weather wildlife immersion exhibit. 

Open daily, the Cairns Aquarium is an exciting new all-weather visitor attraction located in the heart of Cairns. Guests of all ages will have guaranteed interaction with over 15000 marine & land animals from two unique World Heritage listed areas; 

Kuranda Koala Gardens is a boutique wildlife attraction in the heart of the Kuranda Heritage Markets.  A highlight for visitors is the unique opportunity to actually hold a koala for a treasured souvenir photo (extra cost applies) and hand feed tame kangaroos and wallabies.  Also on display are wombats, freshwater crocodiles and lizards.  

Australian  Butterfly  Sanctuary  is  the  largest  butterfly flight  aviary  and  exhibit  in  Australia.  Home to over 1,500 magnificent tropical butterflies including the majestic green Cairns Birdwing, the sanctuary is an all-weather experience in the heart of Kuranda Village.  Our knowledgeable guides will take you through the aviary and our breeding laboratory, detailing a butterfly’s life cycle and its behaviour. Be sure to wear something bright.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway is a 7.5 kilometre scenic cableway running above the Barron Gorge National Park in the Wet Tropics of Queensland’s World Heritage Area north of Cairns 

Park your car at Smithfield Skyrail, from there you are transfered to Freswater station.  Travel on the train to Kuranda, (90min), free time in Kuranda and travel down on the Skyrail at selected time. Your car is waiting for you at the bottom. 

Experience the tropical rainforest from a totally unique perspective - aboard an amphibious World War II Army Duck.  Rainforestation has twelve of these historical vehicles which hold up to 30 passengers and uses a 6 wheel drive, propeller and rudder. During this 45 minute rainforest tour, your knowledgeable Duck Captain will identify and explain fascinating plants and wildlife as you pass by before splashing into the lake for a cruise with more wildlife to be seen.

Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, we're all about wildlife! At Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, we'll give you the best croc show in the best environment in tropical north Queensland. 

Breakfast is a full cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, fruit juice, toasts and spread, tea or coffee.

After breakfast, enjoy your boat cruise on Hartley's Lagoon (usually at 10:30am) & all the wildlife presentations at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures.

A guide will be with you the entire time to make sure everything is safe. We start at the top of the gorge where all the best waterfalls are located and then we canyon our way down the gorge by abseiling, cliff jumping, sliding and swimming. Lunch included.
